XS Alexis Catelin washed silk crepe de chine midi dress

100% silk crepe de chine Fantastic green, key hole back with waist bow. Has a cape effect so shoulders are covered but still lightweight. I wore it in 34 degree heat and was not overwhelmed by fabric.
