Franki was really helpful with my last minute rental request and went out of her way to make sure I got it for my birthday! She was then also super supportive + understanding when I returned the dress a day late due to having to find someone else to do my errands after testing positive for COVID. Could have been a really chaotic rental but was made super smooth and easy thanks to Franki. So grateful and cannot wait to borrow more of her wardrobe! ♥️♥️♥️
